A dedicated, professional team
Our work is delivered every day by a committed team, led by our Chief Executive Officer. They are the people who answer the phone, drive into the communities, run the workshops and sit at the kitchen table when it matters most.
Our team is made up of 17 full-time dedicated social workers, 8 administrative and programme staff, and numerous interns and volunteers who strive every day to serve this community.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Wilfred Diedricks leads the organisation and its strategy, accountable to the Board.
Professional social workers
SACSSP-registered social workers providing assessment, counselling, psychosocial rehabilitation support and case management across our communities.
Programme & support staff
The team running our workshops, skills projects, charity shop, finance and day-to-day operations.

Our Board 2025/26
The Board is responsible for the governance, direction and oversight of CTAPD. The majority of Board members live with disability, and two seats are held by members elected directly through our Consumer Forums.

Led by the people we serve
Every month, members meet in Consumer Forums in their own communities to raise what is working and what is not. Two forum representatives sit on our Board with full voices. That loop, from member to forum to Board, is how we stay accountable to the people we exist for.
